Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products once they have been purchased.

 

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review:

  • Hair must be unused
  • Hair must remain in its original condition
  • No alterations (washing, coloring, installing, or cutting)


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Installed hair
  • Worn or altered products
  • Custom or special orders


Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and are being processed.
